Starlight must be passed from one person to another at the time of the recipient's birth. Black Hole must be passed from one person to another at the time of the transferer's death. PSEUDO RANGER	It was unknown where or when the Pseudo Ranger was created, although it is speculated that the evil genius Corout had a major role in the development process. The "Pseudo Morpher" closely resembled an OmniTech Band. What was unique about this evil Ranger clone was that the strength of its power shifted depending on how many enemies its user was battling, and it was tied very closely with both the DNA base pseudoine and the poison substance pseudocioal. Bane was abducted and raised from a young age to master the Pseudo Ranger powers, but when he was de-brainwashed Michael assumed the mysterious title.
