Chaos reigned in the Final Days of the Old World. The Great Sheets were beginning to melt away, making levels of water in all four Providences begin to rise. Cities built upon the ice floor were being sucked into the global sea and taking millions of lives with them.

The Tribe of Zarus, the Tribe of Trembabel, the Tribe of Legii, and the Tribe of Oryon gathered for their final conference at the Corner Sears of Leval to propose ideas of surviving the shadow of tragedy.

'I say to you, counselors,' spoke the Tribe of Zarus, 'so hear me. Beneath the Ice and Sea is Land and Fire. Zarus will send its people down to the waiting womb of the Planet.'

'I say to you, counselors,' spoke the Tribe of Trembabel, 'so hear me. I pray to the Lineage that Trembabel survive so we shall escape by building a Tower that we might dwell in the Sky.'

'I say to you, counselors,' spoke the Tribe of Legii, 'so hear me. Even as we speak, a fleet of ships is being constructed. I have ordered as many be built as our resources allow and Legii will sail them into tomorrow.'

At this point bickering broke out, arguments flaring among the three tribes spoken for, but Oryon's counselor who was with Child waited patiently for its end. The counselor of Zarus left hopeful, Trembabel left solemn, and Legii left content. Alone the counselor from the Tribe of Oryon prayed to the Lineage and left with honor.

Zarus burned to ash. Trembabel Tower vanished. Legii was carried away by the waves. But the people of Oryon constructed a manmade City in the Sky and ascended to the Heavens.

In the surrounding Void, the counselor of Oryon delivered her Child, and as he suckled her breast she named him Omnis Starborn. The lightguide in her attendance dreamed many dreams on the Child of the Future's Naming Night and took up cries of Prophecy:

'A planet of Earth and Fire and Air and Water where golden Day lived long and the Night sky was filled with starlight.

'Men and Women bending to a sun of infinite colors.

'Light swallowing just Men and Twilight embracing corrupt Men.

'Doors to dark Worlds that open and close at the Descendent's feet.

'A Man who dies in rage, reborn in justice, dies in deciet, reborn in battle, dies in Truth, and is reborn home.

'A world of Evil and a world of Good that is One World.

'The Destroyer, the Betrayer, and the Resurrector, playing with Shadows and Blood and Fire, igniting the Old World with hatred and Chaos.

'The one born of Starborn's blood who rules without Lineage and is crowned with Emptiness.

'Five who ride Beasts as weapons and stride with bloody handprints on their foreheads.'

The City of Heaven flew until the Child of the Future became a Man. At last it reached a suitable home, a World of gold and beauty...and a World that should have remained Lost. For in this place rested the Seals, and a Future forever darkened by one Man's hand and one Woman's light.

Interpretation
Spoiler Warning

A planet of Earth and Fire and Air and Water where golden Day lived long and the Night sky was filled with starlight

This is the planet of Omnis.

Men and Women bending to a sun of infinite colors

The sun of infinite colors was meant to be the Seal of Meridian-Omega, so this is actually symbolic of the peaceful Omnian civilzation.

Light swallowing just Men and Twilight embracing corrupt Men

A foretelling of the holy war that erupted between those who believe in the Lineage religion and the followers of the Trinity of Darkness (Rapture/Twilight Legion)

Doors to dark Worlds that open and close at the Descendent's feet

The descendent refers to Kerith and the time she spent in the Eternal Demon's perpendicular universe.

A Man who dies in rage, reborn in justice, dies in deciet, reborn in battle, dies in Truth, and is reborn home

Oriquin—of course, since he is still alive, these three "deaths" are symbolic.

A world of Evil and a world of Good that is One World

This is the planet Earth.

'The Destroyer, the Betrayer, and the Resurrector, playing with Shadows and Blood and Fire, igniting the Old World with hatred and Chaos

Of course, this should be obvious, because it is the main plot of the story.

The one born of Starborn's blood who rules without Lineage and is crowned with Emptiness

This is Craig Hopwood.

Five who ride Beasts as weapons and stride with bloody handprints on their foreheads

These are, perhaps obviously, the Power Rangers. The "beasts" are the OmniZords, whereas the "bloody handprints" refer to the Spirit Seal, which showed a picture of five figures joining hands.

Future forever darkened by one Man's hand and one Woman's light

Omnis Starborn broke the Seals of Hell with his hand, releasing the Eternal Demon. The woman's light is Kerith's division of the White OmniTech powers.
